How do I book onto a Training Course?


To book onto a training course click on 'Reserve Place' and complete the registration form. If this is a paid training course you will be asked to make a payment once you haev completed the form.




Can the organisation I work for book for me?


Yes! Email us at contactus@thebehaviourclinic.com advising us of the name and date of the training course you would like to book. We will reserve your space for ten days. Ask your organisation to contact us and we can send an invoice for the cost of the course to them. Once they have confirmed they will be booking the space your place is secured.




When will I receive details of the course?


Details are available on this web site. You will also receive information via eamil two weeks before the training course start date.




Can I collect CPD Points?


Our courses are CPD Certified. You can collect Continued Professional Development Points for attending each course.




How can I cancel if I cannot attend?


If you cannot attend your selected course email us at contactus@thebehaviourclinic.com. If you cancel more than 30 days in advance you can opt for a full refund or attend on a different date. If you cancen less than 30 days in advance you can opt for a partial refund (80% of the initial cost), attend on a different date, or transfer your ticket to another person.




How much does each training course cost?


Each of our training courses are individually priced. You will find the cost on the course description page for your selected course.
